Twitter Now Worth $3.7 Billion, Nabs $200 Million And Two New Board Members

The smoke has cleared and the Twitter bidding wars have finally ended, AllThingsD's Kara Swisher reports that microblogging service Twitter has added another $200 million to its coffers and a $3.7 billion dollar valuation in a funding round led by Kleiner Perkins, as we also�previously reported. Along with more money Twitter has added two new members to its board, Flipboard's Mike McCue and DoubleClick's David Rosenblatt, it confirmed in a blog post it humorously headlined "Stocking Stuffer." Twitter also confirmed the $200 million number in an email sent to TechCrunch earlier.
