Plus a host of other handsets for 2011
Virgin Media is bringing a host of new handsets to its mobile phone service including, for the first time, a Windows Phone 7 device in the shape of the Samsung Omnia 7.
The phone features a 4-inch AMOLED touchscreen, 5-megapixel camera and comes with HD video recording and playback functionality. It'll be available on Virgin Media from January 2011, and will be free on a??35 tariff with unlimited texts, 1,000 minutes and 1GB mobile web.
In addition, the carrier is expanding its handset line-up with two BlackBerry models, the 9800 Torch and 9780 Bold, the Pocket-lint Gadget Award-winning HTC Desire HD, the Android-driven Sony Ericcson X8, and two Nokias, the C7 and budget-friendly C3-01.
All of them are either available now or from the beginning of the new year, and are on a variety of different contracts and price plans, with the C3-01 being the cheapest as it's free on a??10-a-month tariff with 50 minutes, 250 texts and 500MB mobile web data.
