Comet is currently selling Microsoft Xbox 360 Kinect bundles for ?219, which, for our money, sounds very reasonable. You'll also get Kinect Adventures in with the game console bundle, meaning you'll have something to play straight out of the box.
Pocket-lint has reviewed both the Xbox 360 S and the Microsoft Kinect system, and found both to be of the highest quality, so if you are thinking of splashing out you could do a lot worse.
