Adding to the Everything Everywhere announcement
Following the lead set by Orange and T-Mobile (under the Everything Everywhere banner) Three has announced that it too will be offering subsidised iPads, when you sign up for a data contract, in the "coming months".
In a straight forward statement Three said:
"Three UK today announced it will offer new purchase options for iPad users, including more affordable prices when purchased with a data service plan, for iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G models in the coming months. iPad allows users to connect with their apps and content in a more intimate, intuitive and fun way than ever before. Users can browse the web, read and send email, enjoy and share photos, watch HD videos, listen to music, play games, read ebooks and much more, all using iPad’s revolutionary Multi-Touch user interface".
This has got to be good news for Jo and Joanna Public as Three is often very competitive with its prices, and has a history of undercutting its rivals when it comes to Apple devices.
Like the Everything Everywhere announcement, there are no price details at present but, as always, keep checking back on Pocket-lint because we'll be keeping you updated as and when we hear anything.
