Nvidia's Tegra Zone is up and running, and available to download via the Android Market.

The platform highlights the Android apps that make the best use out of the Tegra 2's power. Not only will it provide you to the links to get hold of games such as Dungeon Defenders: First Wave Deluxe HD, Samurai II: Vengeance; and Galaxy on Fire 2 THD you'll also have access to reviews, high resolution screenshots, HD trailers and gameplay action and extra features such as behind-the-scenes footage.

"We're working with game developers and publishers to turbocharge mobile gaming for Android super phones and tablets," said Tony Tamasi, SVP of content and technology at Nvidia.

"Our goal is to bring a console- class gaming experience to super phones and tablets and bring the generation of gaming to the future of mobile devices. Tegra Zone is a free app we've built so gamers can find great games for Tegra in one easy place."

So, if you have your eye on the LG Optimus 2X, the Motorola Atrix or Droid Bionic super phones, or perhaps a Tegra 2 powered tablet like the Xoom, then you're going to want to download the Tegra Zone app.

It's in the Android Market now and it's free.
