I have posted a new Opalis ? Service Manager runbook sample over on the Opalis Blog where we want to add a user as an approver of a Review Activity in a Change request.
This sample is a good example of how integrated the System Center solutions are, and how powerful the Opalis automation engine can be. It also highlights how sometimes things are not what they appear, and with a little testing we can find the answer!
